In 2008 SDL was asked by Absolut Vodka to produce something memorable for their Global conference. Absolut Vodka has a long history of collaborating with artists and over 800 works of art have been created over the years based on the unique silhouette of the Absolut bottle. The first and most iconic was created by Andy Warhol, with his original artwork Absolut Warhol. He was not only a rebellious and innovative artist. Andy Warhol was also a collector of carefully chosen items – not because they were famous or expensive but because they inspired and engaged him.
